Mr. Gibson is an experienced litigator who has successfully prosecuted construction claims, including mechanic's lien, stop notice, and bond actions. He also engages in defense of his clients from alleged deficiencies on major commercial and residential construction projects. Mr. Gibson further counsels clients on disputed issues prior to construction, including contract drafting and negotiation with an emphasis on AIA form contracts, and bid protests on public projects. Mr. Gibson is a past member of the Engineering and Utility Contractors Association Education Subcommittee.
