Ms. Leung handles all aspects of construction litigation matters, including pre-construction issues, involving contract review and bid protests.  Ms. Leung also deals with a variety of construction claims, including mechanics' liens and scope of work changes, as well as post-construction defect cases.

Prior to joining Leondou & Rosin, Ms. Leung clerked for the Honorable Garland Burrell in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.  Before clerking, Ms. Leung was an Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.

During law school, Ms. Leung earned the CALI award and the award for Best Oral Advocate.  She also served as Judicial Recruitment for Co-Chair for the Honors Moot Court and was elected Student Bar Association President.
